At Stephen Skinner Art, each artwork is created and curated with care. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, limited edition prints, and commissioned pieces, all sales are considered final.

Final Sale Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind on:

  • Original artworks
  • Limited edition prints
  • Commissioned artworks
  • Framed artworks

We encourage collectors to review all artwork details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding size, colour, framing, or placement, please get in touch prior to placing your order.

Damaged Artwork

Every artwork is professionally packaged and handled with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To lodge a damage claim, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
  • Photographs of the packaging, including any external damage
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to a packing error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a suitable resolution.

Colour & Appearance

We make every effort to accurately represent each artwork through photography. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and devices. Variations in colour, texture, and natural characteristics of materials are not considered faults and do not constitute grounds for return or refund.

Commissions

Commissioned artworks are created specifically for the collector and are therefore non-refundable.

Prior to commencement, all commission details including size, palette, and creative direction will be agreed upon. By proceeding with a commission, the collector acknowledges and accepts Stephen Skinner's artistic style, process, and interpretation.
